Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the legal and corporate transition of M&A deals
  • Work with potential partners and external parties to ensure timely closure of due diligence
  • Ensure closure of CPs, CSs and post transition work
  • Responsible for integration of the entity as 100% subsidiary of the parent entity
  • Co-ordination with the local lawyers and policymakers of respective countries to ensure smooth transition
  • Drive the process of setting-up entity in a new country
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly regulatory filings (Annual report, Balance sheet, taxation) across countries
  • Help IBD function by reviewing necessary agreements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/ PG with experience in corporate law and deal transition.
  • Experience required: 2+ years
  • Demonstrated record of successful deal transition
  • Ability to connect, network, influence key stakeholders
  • Capability to serve as primary liaison with partners
