Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure that compliance policies and procedures are being maintained

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, maintenance of registers and timing filing of challans
  • Liaising with Labour department and consultants
  • Statutory Compliance like PF, ESI, PT, LWF etc
  • Half Yearly Returns and Annual Returns Preparation and Submission
  • Bank A/C Opening to New Employees
  • Maintain and do the all Firm related Registrations and Renewals.
  • PT Registrations
  • Shops and Establishment Registrations & Renewals
  • Contract Labour License Registrations & Renewals
  • Gratuity calculation and responsible to issue gratuity checks for eligible Employees
  • Generation of UAN and ESIC IP numbers, Also Issuing ESIC Temporary cards to Eligible employees
  • Preparation of PF, PT and ESI online Challans and ensure to pay in time
  • Handling PF & ESIC Grievances Like PF Claim and Loan/Advance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Bachelors Degree; Masters Preferred MBA HR or relevant PG programs
  • Experience required: 2 to 5 years
  • Effective written and verbal communication of the English language
  • Working knowledge of MS office applications
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to influence people
  • Builds and maintains credibility at all levels throughout the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral, written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Innovative, proactive, resourceful, resilient, focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve goals
